Palazzina Canal is a large apartment with 5 bedrooms that can comfortably host up to10 persons. The apartment has 3 bathrooms and a large family kitchen. The living area has a large table for 10 seating and the living area has sofa’s armchairs and a large 40” smart flat TV. Internet and air conditioning is centralized and completely new like the all furnishing and house’s equipment.
The bedrooms are along all the living area. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cabin and the other 2 double bedrooms can be transformed in twin bedrooms. There are other 2 bedrooms that are single but can add a bed each to make them twin. The second and third bathrooms have respectively stylish bath and a cabin shower and, as the rest of the apartment, have been completely fitted new in August 2014.
The house façade has sun all day as it is exposed south and the canal is quite large but not so busy and noisy as you might expect, the double glazed windows and the centralized air conditioning that provide warm and cool allow the guests to be isolated from any external noise.
