Baby cot: €10.00 per night, (must be ordered in advance)
(9:00-11am): €80 flat or 33% of one days rent, whichever is greater, (when available and confirmed prior to arrival)
(12pm-3pm): Free of charge to drop bags, and return at 16:00 when maid has finished cleaning, (subject to availability).
(8pm-11pm), €25 charge (after 11pm €50).
Sunday and National Holidays €25
(11:00-2pm) Free of charge, where available, to leave bags packed with no use of apartment.
(11:00-2pm) €50.00 for use of apartment, where available and reserved prior to departure.
(2pm-5pm) € 100 for use of apartment
(5pm-9pm) € 100 or 50% of days rent, whichever is greater
No smoking allowed in the apartment
No Animals allowed without prior approval and supplemental cleaning fee.
No parties, filming or commercial use of apartment without prior approval
If furniture or beds are moved, they should be put back in their place prior to departure
