This relaxed home takes in beautiful views of the water from the large patio area. Expect to enjoy plenty of outdoor living, soaking up the Hyams ambience.

Location - Relaxing on Tulip is located toward the northern end of Hyams village in a quiet street. Being on the western side of Tulip Street, the house backs on to the bush.
Key Features - Relaxing on Tulip takes in views of the bay from its large livable patio area. It also has a pleasant enclosed back patio area.
Configuration - Planned all on one level, the living areas face out to the front porch, with bedrooms running down one side of the house. There are two good sized rooms, (both queen) and a kids room (1 bunk bed and 1 x single). With a study and second sitting area there is plenty of space for privacy.
Outdoors -There are ample dining opportunities outside, with an outdoor gas BBQ and plenty of entertainment furniture. The property backs onto the bush and the back yard has been designed in levels to appreciate this beautiful vista.
Heating and Cooling - Relaxing on Tulipis equipped with both agas and electric heater.
Linen - Relaxing on Tulip supplies linen, however, please bring your own bech towels.
Parking - There is off street parking for 2 cars.
Pets - Sorry, Relaxing on Tulip is not a pet friendly.
Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.
Internet / Wi-Fi access - please be aware that there is no ADSL in Hyams Beach and poor ADSL internet in most other areas of Jervis Bay. As a result, until the NBN is rolled out, none of our houses offers internet access. If a house has internet, you may use it but with no guarantee by us or the owner re its reliability. If you bring an internet dongle, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise guests go to various cafes in Huskisson, the Sanctuary Point Public Library or the St Georges Basin Country Club - all of which provide free Wi-Fi.
