Villas are located right next door to each other making this an ideal accommodation solution for larger groups or families travelling together.

The main property features include:
- Villa 1 offers five (5) spacious bedrooms with built in wardrobes which will comfortably sleep 14 people.
(with the use of pull out sofa beds in the lounge room)
- Villa 2 offers four (4) additional bedrooms
- Guest House in the back of the property is fully self-contained accommodation in itself and offers two additional bedrooms and can sleep comfortably 6 guests.
Spacious open plan living/dining areas with large screen TV, DVD player, & iPod docking system, secure one car garages with internal access, covered outdoor entertainment area with grassed backyard, large sun drenched balconies, solid timber flooring upstairs, top quality tiles throughout ground floor, three ultra modern and spacious bathrooms with large showers.
The house is very nicely laid out, making it well suited for couples, families and business stays.
We are also children friendly and provide a portable cot and high chair at no additional charge.
The spacious master bedroom with extra large Queen bed includes an ensuite with separate shower/toilet and access to a large undercover balcony.
The main bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub & toilet and an additional separate toilet with basin.
The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and modern cooking appliances, including rice cooker, sandwich press and a blender. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.
Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.
The large fully equipped laundry includes modern washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board.

While we don't get to meet many of our valued guests face to face, our team is available to be contacted via email or telephone at all times before or during your stay.
We strive to make your stay as pleasant and hassle free as possible and will attend to any issues brought up to us as soon as we possibly can.
House Rules: The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non-special event dates. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.
The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at any time. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Serviced Houses prior to booking.
A pre-authorised refundable security deposit is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.
